Your Morning & Night Skincare Routine, Dermatologist-Approved

One of the most common questions I get isn't “which product should I buy” — it's “what order do I actually use these in?” A great routine isn't about using ten products; it's about using the right few, in the right order, consistently. Here's the simple routine I recommend most often.

Morning routine

  1. Cleanse — Start with acniMed Foam Cleanser to gently clear pores and remove overnight oil buildup without stripping the skin.
  2. Treat the eye area — Pat a small amount of k-One Eye Contour Cream around the orbital bone to reduce morning puffiness.
  3. Moisturize & protect — Apply C-topic Vitamin C Anti-Aging Cream for antioxidant protection through the day, followed by your sunscreen.

Night routine

  1. Cleanse — Repeat with acniMed to remove the day's sunscreen, makeup and pollution buildup.
  2. Target fine lines and folds — Apply hyaFill Anti-Wrinkle Gel Cream, focusing on deeper folds like the nasolabial area, when skin regeneration is most active.
  3. Treat the eye area again — A second application of k-One at night targets both dark circles and the fluid retention that builds up during the day.

Why the order matters

Cleansing always comes first to ensure everything applied afterward can actually absorb rather than sitting on top of oil or residue. Lighter, water-based formulas (like eye creams and vitamin C) generally go on before richer creams, and any acids or actives should always be applied to clean, dry skin. Above all: consistency beats complexity. A simple four-product routine used daily will outperform an elaborate ten-step routine used sporadically.
